Tomorrow’s Song – Maryann Beckman

inspired by jon foreman.

V1:
He is, my king,
lover, my everything
Into me, He breathed life
Awakened me by his sacrifice

Ch:
Oh Oh I will sing
Of the Promise of My King

V2:
I will sing to those who don’t understand
to those who don’t believe
to the tired, and weary, the sick and the poor
to the lonely and those who grieve

Ch:
Oh Oh I will sing
Of the Promise of My King

V3:
I will stand in the eye of the hurricane
I will tell of a time with no mourning or pain
Of a love, greater than all time
I will dance to a song sung a million years
By choirs of angles the heart only hears
Of a lover, yours and mine

Ch:
Oh Oh I will sing
Of the Promise of My King

Bdg:
There is no power in death,
The Song of Tomorrow, gives us new breath
He will Make all things new
He will, make all things new
Oh Oh I will sing
Of the Promise of My King

V4:
I will sing the song of hope and love
The song of Heaven’s grace
I will sing this song with my life
Until I see His face

dusting off the equipment

It has definitely been a little bit since I have dusted of the mic and Firepod to work on putting together some tracks.  I put together a rough, kind of heavy version of the Our Father.  I think it’s a very good first step to getting back into the world of writing and recording.  Good first step.  Now to get ready for mass.

Ryan.  You need to stick with sharing mp3’s. They are a lot smaller.  😛
